Are any of you a bonded licensed plumber? Or do you know any that you would recommend?

I have some plumbing work that needs doing (shower faucet needs replacing) and its just a bit beyond my skill set.

Due to the fact that they are built into the wall and cannot be replaced without cutting the wall, shower faucets are generally made to be rebuild-able. Rebuilds are not difficult, although two specialty tools are needed: valve stem assembly socket, and valve seat wrench.
This is for regular turn style shower faucets.
Shut off the water to the house.
Open the tub valve to drain residual water.
Disassemble shower handle or handles. May need tiny flat head screwdriver to pop center handle cap. Use a phillips screwdriver to remove center screw of handle, and then handle should slide off with gentle pressure. If the screw is frozen, tighten it a little before loosening.
Unscrew plate cover and remove.
Remove center stem cover
Remove complete valve stem assembly using socket.
Remove interior valve seat with valve seat wrench.
Clean debris from interior of faucet body with old toothbrush and wipe clean. Rinsing interior with water is okay.
Install new valve seat tight.
Install new valve stem assembly tight.
Replace center stem cover, plate cover, and handle.
