Changing TB owners?

Does anyone know if there is a way to change owners of a TB?

The current owner of the travel bug needs to initiate the process by visiting this page...

http://www.geocaching.com/adopt/

From there the person wishing to become the owner will receive an email asking to accept the travel bug, and complete the process.

This is the same process used to transfer the ownership of a geocache.
